This background developed a strong, practical approach to managing teams, maintaining standards, and dealing with real-world situations calmly and professionally.
From 2019 onwards, Amer gained hands-on experience in the security sector, where he previously held a Business Operations Manager role within a security company. His responsibilities included coordinating security personnel, overseeing daily operations, managing client requirements, and ensuring services were delivered in line with professional and regulatory expectations. Key Choice Security Services was established to reflect this combined experience with a focus on reliable service, clear management, and doing the job properly. The company places emphasis on well-managed personnel, accountability, and straightforward communication. Amer remains closely involved in day-to-day operations and believes that effective security depends on judgement, discipline, and trust.
Senior Operation Manager Waqar Haider
Waqar Haider brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in corporate and event security, with a strong reputation for calm leadership, operational precision, and team management at the highest level. He has extensive experience managing large security teams at international stadiums, overseeing operations on match days, non-match days, and major events. His role has included planning and delivering security for high-footfall environments, coordinating staff deployment, managing access control, crowd safety, incident response, and liaising with event organisers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and secure operations. Waqar’s strength lies in his ability to lead diverse teams under pressure, maintain strict compliance with security protocols, and adapt quickly to changing situations without compromising safety or professionalism. His deep understanding of stadium and event security makes him a valuable asset for complex, high-risk, and high-profile assignments.

Ahsan has also provided security services at prestigious and high-trust locations such as Great Ormond Street Hospital and Allen & Overy LLP, where professionalism, confidentiality, and calm decision-making are essential. Ahsan is known for his composed manner and strong customer interaction skills, Ahsan is experienced in access control, incident prevention, patrols, and maintaining safe, welcoming environments for staff, visitors, and the public.
